• Refunds are only considered if work has not started or a significant production error occurs on our part.
• Revision requests are reviewed against the approved artwork, proof, and project instructions.

b) Physical Products (Custom Patches)

For orders involving physical products such as custom patches:

• Refunds, replacements, or corrections may be offered for defective, damaged, or incorrectly produced products.
• Clients must report any issues within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging if a refund is approved.
